My experience with moving into lantana has been a smooth one to say the least, especially with the help of Jerome. Moving always comes with a ton of stress, but Jerome has gone above and beyond to make the transition a seamless one.
Jerome, the leasing manager, has been really helpful during my time here. He’s always accessible and quick to respond whenever I need assistance, whether it’s with a dolly, a package delivery, or general questions. I appreciate that he’s dependable and makes things easier when issues come up.
I'm 3 weeks into my stay here at Lantana Uptown and everyone is welcoming and friendly. Oakland is still a major city that is on the rebound. However, Jerome has made it a top priorty to keep the inside his main focus of control. He goes above and beyond. I even got a glimpse of security in the lobby keeping the inside of the facility secure.
Lantana Uptown is a great place to live. The management is very response and attentive to the community. The property is very clean and I appreciate all the amenities it has to offer. Thank you!
