I'm 3 weeks into my stay here at Lantana Uptown and everyone is welcoming and friendly. Oakland is still a major city that is on the rebound. However, Jerome has made it a top priorty to keep the inside his main focus of control. He goes above and beyond. I even got a glimpse of security in the lobby keeping the inside of the facility secure.
I’ve been living here for close to two years now. I chose to renew my lease last fall—which is the first time I’ve ever chosen to renew a lease at an apartment and the process was 100% seamless. I like here because there’s not a ton of residents, so maintenance and any inquiries on leases etc. are super quick. It’s a solid spot in Oakland—pretty quiet but down the street from the mix. Overall Mo, Jerome, and Nikko make it easy to live here!
Ive been living here for a little under 2 years now & moving into this property has been an amazing decision!! All the on property staff are phenomenal, including Mo Hakimi (property manager) & Jerome(leasing agent). They both have been very professional & helpful in every way possible! Easily one of the best properties in the Downtown Oakland area!
I absolutely love living in this building! The views are stunning, and the location couldn’t be better—it’s so convenient and makes daily life so enjoyable. Living here has truly been a pleasure, and Jerome has been amazing! He’s always helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this place.
