Lantana Uptown has a 72-hour application cancellation policy. After 72 hours, the holding deposit is forfeited.

Payments are made through the resident portal. Cash is not accepted.

Yes. Residents must maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.

There is an option to terminate your lease early with 60 days notice and a fee of 1.5x the monthly rent.

All apartments are professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to move-in and all appliances, electrical outlets, lights, and HVAC are tested.

If you make your way to the Resident Portal, you will find a link on the homepage “Maintenance Request”. Follow the link and complete an emergency work order, someone will be with you as soon as possible.

No, with your permission we are able to complete any work order in your apartment.

You can call the emergency maintenance phone number that is provided to residents for more immediate assistance.

Yes. Lantana Uptown apartments have in-unit washers and dryers, and air conditioning is provided in every home.

Residents can enjoy a rooftop terrace with grilling stations, a fireplace, an outdoor TV, and city views; a resident lounge with co-working space; a 24-hour fitness center with Technogym and Peloton equipment; and a yoga and TRX studio. Additional conveniences include a dog wash and bike storage, repair, and wash facilities. Amenities

The fitness center is open 24 hours. All other amenities are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

All units include a washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

Yes. Lantana Uptown has a resident lounge with co-working space, giving you another place to work or study within the community.

The rooftop terrace at Lantana Uptown includes grilling stations, a fireplace, an outdoor TV, and views of the city—a place to relax outdoors or spend time with friends.

Lantana Uptown is close to Uptown Oakland’s restaurants, galleries, and entertainment, including the Fox Theater. The nearby 19th Street Oakland BART Station connects residents with destinations around the Bay Area.

Lantana Uptown offers bike storage, repair facilities, and a bike wash station.

Yes we are pet friendly and have a dog wash on the property. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Pet deposits and/or monthly pet rent may apply. See the leasing office for more information.

Parking is based on availability and is an additional fee. See the leasing office about additional spaces and EV charging spaces.

We have several different options for residents to set up services with including AT&T, Xfinity, Gfiber. See the leasing office for contact details.

Electric service is set up by the resident directly through PG&E, the leasing office can provide contact details. Other utilities will be handled by the community and be billed directly to the resident based on monthly usage.

We are 5 minutes from BART station that provides direct rail access to San Francisco, San Jose, and Livermore, with connections to additional destinations throughout the Bay Area.
